ebay using tracking data miner

Hi Everyone, My first time here. I use ebay and also swear by spywareblaster. Recently ebay started using the following data miner: Tracking...IECACHE....DATA MINER...Cookie:chuck@apmebf.com/ (Chuck being me!) and whenever I relist, this junk hangs up my windows and I have to use adaware to get rid of it! SPYWAREBLASTER does not exclude it thus far.
Is it possible to block it and anythingelse from apmebf.com from loading using spywareblaster This would save hundreds of thousands of people, the endless interferance of ebay jamming up their OS.

Go to Internet Options > Security tab > Restricted sites.
Just click on the Sites button and add
*.apmebf.com (Be sure to include the asterisk).

You will never receive that particular tracking cookie again.
