EAV 6.0.314 offline installer not detecting upgrade?

    Is it just me or is the EAV 6.0.314 offline installer not detecting existing installs? When I walk through the process, it's literally walking me through every setting that I should set as if it's a clean install, and not prompting me to keep existing settings and upgrade my install.

    Strange...
