Eager first user

I do need help.
on the 18th October 06 I purchased Nod32 over the phone using the number on the Nod32 Website. To effect the purchase I gave my credit card number but did not receive a receipt number (nor have I received a receipt number via snail mail or email).

Now I have been informed (via email) that I must confirm my purchase with an AV number that is a part of the Tax Invoice for the purchase. The problem is I don't have a Tax Invoice.

Now Nod32 has my money but I can't get at the product. What can I do or what can be done to resolve this

I have arranged for your license to be resent, in fact it has actually been sent 3 times.

You should have it by now. Please click on File> Save as and save the Tax Invoice into "My Documents" for safe keeping.
