E00640067 Failed to run the task

Failed to execute the task script. Error #1326 "Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password"

I un-installed the trial version of Acronis Enterprise, re-installed the real deal sent to me by Meaghan at Acronis. We ordered the product thru CDW on Monday.

I went to do a "My Comptuer" backup and I get this message at the very end.

What do I do?

I know it is some security gig but where do I enter the information?

I changed the login for the two services but that did nothing.

Stuck - Help please

 

If this is the official help site for Acronis, I'm having second thoughts about this purchase.

I just spent $10,000 on this software and can't get any technical support.

If I wanted this kind of treatment I would have stayed with Symantec.

1) The program requires Windows authorization for a scheduled task execution. That is why you should enter your account name and password both to let Acronis True Image log in Windows with Administrator's rights and execute a scheduled task. The user name should be specified in the form of SERVER\USER or DOMAIN\USER.

2) Try to create a new account with administrator rights (Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> User Account), then login under this account and use login and password of the account to schedule task in Acronis True Image.
