I´m using Acronis True Image Echo Workstation v.9.5 build 8076. The operating system on machine is windows XP. I found some answers for this question in this forum, but it refered only an agent for Linux. What´s happen? How can I solve this problem?

First of all you should download and upgrade to the latest build # 8206

If you registered your product you can download it free from the support section on Acronis website.

    Hello helderfabio,

Thank you for your interest in Acronis True Image

You should reinstall SnapAPI drivers to solve the issue. I have sent you files via PM.

    Best regards,
