E000101F4: disc drives not found

    Hi All,

    I installed Acronis TI 7.0 and it all worked initially, and I did a TI Backup from within Windows.

    Acronis TI 7.0 then started reporting "E000101F4: Acronis True Image has not found any hard disc drives".

    I searched this forum and tried most of what was suggested without a cure.

    While collecting the data for a proper query I discovered my Primary IDE Controller had a yellow exclamation mark and a code 10 error.

    I deleted the SiS 5513 Dual PCI Controller and held down my power switch to shut the computer down.

    I then restarted and let Windows find the Dual PCI Controller. The Yellow ! was gone, and Acronis True image started up normally. :)

    Hope this might help someone else. :)
