I just ran Spysweeper and it says it found e-Surveiller key logger. I also ran Adaware, TDS, AVG, Trojan Hunter and Hijack this. None of these other programs found anything. I was hoping someone knows how this could have gotten on my machine? Why did no other program pick this thing up. What does it do exactly? Will Spysweeper remove this thing completely? Thanks for your time.

I received the same message with Spysweeper about e-surveiller yesterday. None of my other programs could find it-I used basically the same ones you did plus SpyCop and I have TCactive/monitor running-I'm leaning towards thinking it was a false alarm especially since I haven't done any instant messaging or opening attatchments which is the way it says it gets on your computer.

There is a thread on this at DSL Reports in the security forum. Seems to be a false positive. I wrote Webroot to see what they say about it.

On behalf of our staff: thanks for the compliment!

As long as their are no strings attached: a splendid idea! Perphaps 10,000+ registered members dropping Mr. Prodi an email would do the trick ;)
