I have a Fleetwood Mac DVD I'm trying to convert to .mp4 but I'm having one problem. When I convert it, the video bitrate comes out lower than the original even though I have WinX DVD Ripper set to a higher setting. The original's 5000-6000 Kbps and I ramped it up to 8000 Kbps to try and get a better picture.

The DVD's encrypted so I decrypted it with DVDFab and copied it to my hard drive. Then I double-checked it with DVD Shrink to make sure it was decrypted and it was. But the bitrate still comes out lower. I've ripped other DVDs with WinX and they've always come out with the correct output settings.

Would anyone know why this particular DVD isn't cooperating? I haven't tried Handbrake or Vidcoder because I don't have .NET 4 and don't intend to install it. WinX has always worked in the past and I was hoping I could get it to work in this case. :)
