Dutch cam hacker controlled more than 2000 webcams

According to one of the five leading newspapers in the Netherlands (and considered one of the three quality newspapers ), both Dutch and Belgium justice advice to tape your webcam.

Reason: easily obtainable exploit kits, Mark Loman can explain more, because he was involved as analyst.

This hacker wac accidentily caught because he also put his had on the French language national examination in the Netherlands (last year).

According to Mark he streamed back the recordings to his own computer making it fairly easy to trace him.

Few months ago some member said he had taped his webcam which causes some laughs of others telling him was paranoid.

 

Haha, probably now there's tape on their webcams as well

 

I'd like to know, when it turns out to be an (above-)average jRAT script kiddie wrecking the lives of young girls, the advice will be changed in to;
'Clean your java-trash-inundated computers, girls. Otherwise you're still vulnerable to a whole boatload of malware'.
Education seems a better solution than a post-it, certainly in the long-term.
