Dumb question: separating outline move/resize on Windows?

  1. The time I've spent using slower computers has really made me appreciate outline window resize. It reduces usability only a little, and speeds up interactivity a lot.

OTOH, I find outline movement annoying. Seeing a window's contents as it moves can be quiet useful.

Most X11 window managers separate these two options, so you can have e.g. opaque move and outline resize. But the Windows control panel lumps them under one option.

Is there a registry entry somewhere that would let me use outlines for resizing, while keeping other window movement opaque? Or am I out of luck here?
