    Hi all,

    I'm following the steps here:

    http://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?pag...earch&viewlocale=en_US&searchid=1291651715464

When I try step 11 I'm told "Error: the chosen ID has already been assigned to another task in the current configuration. Choose a unique ID"

I'm pretty sure I've followed all the previous steps correctly, and it would appear that it needs to be "64".

    Any advice?

    Console is 4.0.136.0 on SBS2003R2.

    Many thanks,

    Jim

Couldn't it be that you have already downloaded configuration from a client? In such case, you'll need to delete the default update task with ID 64 first. The procedure described in the KB article should work for a new configuration fine, however.

Yep, that's it. I hadn't appreciated that the KB article could only be used on a clean config, I was using it on our "master" config that must have been imported at some stage.

    Many thanks,

    Jim
