Dual booting w/TI V11

Ok, I agree. Still don't understand why this worked so well with V10 but thats water under the bridge unless I choose to go back to that version. A daily backup to ASZ with weekly images to DVD disk is probably the best solution without getting into things I don't know anything about. I'll add verification to the ASZ image or perhaps use the sector image approach. Thanks for this and past favors. Regards...

 

You would find an external drive is the simplest and most satisfactory solution for storing your backups. Using SZ on the same drive means losing the lot should the drive fail, and DVDs are slow, cumbersome and of inadequate capacity.
