Depends on your paranoia. OA also has a whitelist, so would not throw to many pop-ups.

Other option is to NOT warn when a unknown program starts in configuration options. Unknow programs will run without warning. They are shown in grey both on autostart and programs list. When they perform an intrusion PA will warn you anyway (so you can block them). I would recommend setting all your webbrowsers, e-mail (all internet facing aps) to RUN SAFER.
