    Hi,

I have just downloaded and run program, which did not find any trojans.
I have my drive partitioned into 4 drives, and I know that I have Trojans in two of them.
When it runs, it only seems to scan C drive.

My question is it scanning all drives and if not, how do I configure it to do so?

    Hi toowoomba, ;)

    Welcome to Wilders'

Which program are you referring? Once that is established, I'll move your post to the appropriate forum, where it will receive better attention. ;)

I'll assume for now that you are asking about TDS3 (but please do confirm this, so we can move this thread to the DCS Support Forum)

The basic scanning scenarios in TDS are as follows:

Full System Scan: (All Hard Drives)
    System Files CRC32
    Live Process Files
    Live Process Memory Space
    Memory Objects
    Memory Mutexes
    Registry & File Traces
    Services & Drivers (NT\2K)
    Scan All Logical Drives

    Normal Scan: (C Drive Only)
    System Files CRC32
    Live Process Files
    Memory Objects
    Registry & File Traces
    Services & Drivers (NT\2K)
    Scan In C:\

    Quick Scan: (Windows Directory Only)
    Live Process Files
    Registry & File Traces
    Services & Drivers (NT\2K)
    Scan In %WINDIR%

You can also create your own scanning scenarios, and save them to the "config" folder in the TDS directory and they will appear in the drop down menu as shown in my screenshot below, or you can manually choose/configure what types of scans to run using the scan control dialog box.

    HTH,

    Steve

Seeing as it's been 24hrs and still no response from the thread starter ... I'll temporarily move this thread to the TDS Forum, as the easiest assumption is that the program referred to is TDS.
