Dr.WEB, dials.ru, antivir.ru, DialogueScience, ADinf

Hi,

I have more general questions about the Russian companies/sites/programs:
Dr.Web, dials.ru , antivir.ru , DialogueScience, ADinf, ...

Maybe it is more for those with inside knowledge, so it could very well be that the admins and mods don't want it to be discussed here; in that case I do want to apologize.

In someway these companies/sites/programs were in the past related, if I did understand it well.
Is that still the case and in which way (generally spoken)?
What were the relationships in the past and what are they now?

Dr.WEB:

That site is in Russian; alas I don't understand Russian.
What is the relationship with Dr.WEB?
Is it only a reseller?
Does it (still) make sense to submit virus samples separately to them when it is also be done to Dr.WEB?

antivir.ru :

When you are in the dials.ru site and you click on English, then you go to this site http://www.antivir.ru/english/
You see the name DialogueScience.
And you can read here:

And you see listed Dr.WEB, SOPHOS, Sybari, Yandex.

ADinf:

ADinf is a disk (or file) integrity checker.
I've posted in the past a review:

(In the past KAV Pers Pro used to have more or less a similar option).
The site is still up and running.
Does anybody know what the situation is now about the ADinf company and its program?

Here you see where almost all of the above mentioned programs/sites/companies come together.
Of course, it is not without a reason that this site is called "old".
So now I'm coming back to the question(s):
What is the history of this all, how did it all evolved, where do we stand now, etc.?
Some of the above questions might already be answered in some way.
