    Have you tried defragging your drive and/or running the chkdsk utility? It's just a shot in the dark that I hope helps.

    Done it all million times, with different defrag utilities. Chkdsk runs automatically at reboot when the corruption error appears. It might fix some files or sectors but the error comes back after some time.

    .. but let's continue with the original idea of topic. :)
