downloading trial version of true image 9.0

    Hello monasmith,

    Thank you for your interest in Acronis Disk Backup Software.

    Please try the following workaround:
    - open Tools/Internet Options in Internet Explorer, click Lan Settings button on Connections tab and remove the proxy server, if there was any.
    - disable firewall temporarily.

    If none of them help then please let us know and we will provide you with the link for the trial version which does not require the online registration.

    This worked for me also. Note that : behind the /ie is a | (pipe) _not_ a colon.;)

    It's working for me in both IE and Firefox; tried a cache clear?

    edit... just now noticed you said both IE and Firefox also :-/ this is odd. Does the rest of the Acronis site work ok?

    Hi Detox,

    Yes, the rest of the site works; I've noticed the same problem trying to download the other products from the web-site. Also, same error in Mozilla 1.7.8.

    The download link works now. I'm logged in from home, so maybe my corporate settings were preventing me from accessing the download link.
