downloading the latest virus definitions

i'm new to nod32.

i have a computer in front of me with a virus.

after i download the latest trial version of nod32 where can i download the latest virus definition file so i don't have to put the infected computer online to be able to scan with the latest definitions?

I dont think this is possible
for such a situation I would suggest Cure-it onto a flash drive then load & run

could someone confirm this for me? i've never heard of av software that doesn't allow for full-offline functionality for infected computers.
