I´m sarting to have problems with your solution, angelo_lopes...

 

Please explain what kind of problems and with what solution, Vamp;
using the free proxy, or setting Internet connection to none.


Note: Anyway, important is that Portugal wins the European championship.
For now I'm not so deeply concerned with NOD32 small problems, eh eh

Weird... Can you post a few lines of the log? I'm not having problems
with any computer where I removed the proxy (setting to none)...


OT: Of course we will be _very happy_ if Portugal wins, shall our Team
be the best, play fairly, and *without* third-party interferences

I'm tired of this...

If this will not be fix, I have start to using another AV, because I receive the "Downloaded file is damaged." a lot of times...

 

Even using a proxy? What proxy/port are you using, please?

As I wrote before, I don't need it since I have ADSL, but I
recommended NOD32 to much people with cable, all of them
with "Downloaded file is damaged" problem.

I don't want to risk a friend getting a virus because the PC's AV
is not updated, so I am using the same proxy I setted up on
theirs computers. Everyday I check if NOD32 is updating,
and as long as it is, this particular proxy is still valid...

If you want to use the same proxy I am, please send me a
private message. I don't want to post it here for obvious reasons.

I am also deeply concerned ESET is doing NOTHING regarding this issue
