I updated ZA...once the file was finished Norton alerted that download.trojan was detected. the file was deleted and access denied to the originating location. now I am getting lots of pop ups from norton saying that download trojan is in c drive program files and it's listing lots of .exe names. i've clicked ok on about 10 of them before i realized they were different, i've wrote down only six of them but they are still coming.
location programfiles/internetexplorer/mjbhnleq ; and many more
    next
    trojan dropper
    location c:\windows\system32\btest4.scr

has anyone else experienced this? do i continue to keep clicking ok? ZA wants me to restart the puter but i fear that doing that will deny access to restarting the puter because of the trojan...what to do?

Why don't you restart in the safe mode and do a virus scan. You may have to disable system restore if the safe mode scan doesn't help.
Norton seems to know the trojan.

You might take a llook at this page for additional hints also.
