Download Trial, buying CD

I need to get a copy of ESET Smart Security ASAP, will it work if i download free 30 day trial and buy CD version from someone like Play.com or Amazon UK, I presume when CD comes through it will have a serial number will i just be able to enter this into Smart Security and have fully working verision for a year?

as long as a valid license code is put in I see no reason why not.

 

Once you've activated the serial number, you'll receive a username and password. Entering the username and password into the program should upgrade you to the full version. Otherwise, you can always uninstall the trial version and then use the u/p to download and install the latest version from our website. If needed, the appropriate KB articles are below:
