   I am unable to down load the PE base recovery CD as detailed in the System 11 manual. No reference is made in Website. Any help will be most appreciated.
   Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bits.

   WinPE for what Paragon product you need? For B&R11 is available BMB in a personal account. And for any product you can do WinPE with the utility of SIW2.
