GoodSync has always had a free version. It's the same as the paid one for 30 days, then reverts to a feature limited edition. http://www.goodsync.com/freevpro.html

I have used the paid version of GoodSync for several months. It's the best syncing software I've ever used...

The free trial is a different file called GoodSync-Setup.exe. The link I have shows goodsync-lock2.exe which differs somewhat in size. I would have thought it would say trial if that were the case like it does on the homepage. You are probably right about the license though, I was mislead by the way they presented the offer.

I just went back and read the user license agreement for both files when installing. Only good for thirty days. Sorry for the false alarm.

This "Free Download" routine is really played out and is very disingenuous. When did you ever have to pay for a shareware demo?

Yes Siber products are brilliant-like Roboform, but why the convoluted marketing?
They also offer Pro for free with that TrialPay system.
