Download but no serial number

    OK so I bought the software and downloaded. When I tried to install it asked me for a serial number!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Gee Im getting mad with software houses. How can I get the serial number for a downloaded piece of software, normally boxed software comes with a serial number but not downloaded stuff.

    Please respond asap as I am really frustrated

    Did you check the email you provided when you bought it?

    Thanks a lot Chutsman, Yep I found it where you said it might be, I entered it and presto we have lift of.
    Just wish Acronis had made it clear to me where to find it, but never mind I am a happy bunny again.

    Thanks again to everybody for their help during the last few days. Now I feel secure and protected.
