Dont like what happened when update came ot

I dont like at all when the new update came out a messege came up that a new update was avalible--well it disabled my current running lns untill i downloaded the update--that sorta pissed me off.

I have automatic update turned off---from now on i want to know how can i stop look-n-stop from calling back to its company.Then i wont have this problem again!

The beta versions have an expiration date.
This was mentioned in the announces.

I admit the expiration is a bit sudden. For the next beta (2.06b1...), we will try to add a notification of the expiration some days before and let Look 'n' Stop activated during this period.

Note that the 2.05b3 will also expire in May.
Before this date the official version will be released.

About the Look 'n' Stop calling home, if you deactivated the automatic update there is no such call.
If you are not sure you can block Look 'n' Stop from accessing Internet.

Note that the automatic update doesn't apply to Beta Versions, it applies only when an official version is released and if you are using an old official version.
