Don't know what to do

    Avast has found Win32:Trojan-gen. {Other}
    Filename: C:\RECYCLER\S-1-5-21-1797020923-4174015684-2543719515-1007\Dc1.exe\[UPX]
    I don't know whether to delete the file, Move/Rename, Repair, or Move to chest because I have been able to keep my computer clean of trojans untill now. This is also the first time avast has found a virus. Can someone please help?
