Does a TI v. 10 boot disk made with XP work on a system with Vista as the operating system?

If you are referring to the boot CD, then yes, it worked fine for me.

I am delighted to hear that. I am planning to do a clean install to one drive, wiping out the non-Windows folders already there. I then want to be able to restore those folders to another partition. The whole thing is dependent on my XP-generated boot disk being able to handle the restore after Vista becomes the operating system. Are you telling me that you have made this work? I hope so. :)

    Hello asker24,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

We are sorry for the delayed response.

Please notice that Acronis Bootable Rescue Media uses it's own operating system (specifically, Linux) and therefore is independent of the Windows version installed.

    Thank you.
