Does SpyBot S&D still update signature file?

I have not be able to update SpyBot S&D for more than 6 months or longer, everytime I am trying to update, it said no update is needed.

Does SpyBot S&D still update signature file?

There was an update today. Maybe you better do a fresh install.

 

Are you sure you are not thinking of SpywareGuard

Spybot updated today, and usually does so every 10 days or so. Have you tried changing the download mirror site or uninstalling/reinstalling the prog?

 

I hadn't had an update recently either. I was using 1.3 beta 4. I did a download today & got 1.4 beta 2. That one updated just fine.

 

I've got 2005-03-03 here on my wife's PC but that's still a lot more recent than 6 months.

Angel - You are probably using the old version (1.2) ... make sure you have version 1.3. You can download 1.3 from here - http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html

 

My Spybot shows update as 3/19.

Thanks all, I just realiased that I am using the 1.2 version, no wonder never get updated LOL, just installed the 1.3 and it updates correctly.
