Does smart security 3 does this ?

I was used to have an antivirus and a firewall and it seems that now eset's product might allow me to have an "all in one" package.
I'd like to know if v3 has an option to detect program launch and program launching other programs (like kerio does).
Also kerio (because that's the one I was using until now) had an option to detect a change in the program (crc32 or SHA1 or MD5 I don't remember) so it was a pretty good way of knowing if someone tried to install a modified skype.exe for example.

I know it will detect a change in programs as I get a popup window to allow/disallow everytime I apply a patch or upgrade to anything which I had previously allowed access to.
