Does PC Tools FW have an "Enable Loopback" function yet?

    My only criticism of OA Free would be that it's quite noisy while installing software. Obviously it can be turned off but it doesn't have a feature to quickly disable it while installing new apps.

    Hi,

    about PC Tools FW, it offers this loopback feature, just at your AV(?) port to the Proxy page at Firewall settings.

    About OA Free, you just have to activate 'Learning mode' from tray before you start an installer and deactivate 'Learning mode' after the installation is finished.
    No need to shut down OA Free for every installation.
