does nod32 v4 trial update virus & components/programs?

Of course, you can view the installed modules by right clicking the tray icon and selecting About.

 

but how do i know if they are updated?
i mean there is a pinned topic but is related to v4 i guess

i installed v5 and on a laptop smart security trial 5
they get updates but no components updates

when you enter to Help-->About section, you will see the program components version (for example, v5.0.94.0).
The list below shows the program modules versions.

this question shows an obvious lack of trust towards Eset. As though they could take out a version 5 with elements of version 2 !!??

I told you earlier, install v5 you will have all recent modules/components and new protection. If some components or modules are the same as v4, it could be because it is the best available for now. But HIPS is new, Eset Live Grid is new, Gamer mode is new.....

english because the last version in my motherlanguage is v4

but re-release are off in my settings

do you receive components updates?

 

No, because no PCU is available yet.
