Does Avira PC Cleaner automatically clean - or does it let user decide?

    I am using Avira PC Cleaner as a backup on-demand scanner to go along with my Emsisoft.

    It has never found an infection, so I do not know what it does when it finds one. With the name PC "Cleaner", I am concerned it might automatically begin a cleaning process if it finds something. Does it? Or does it let the user decide what to do, and hopefully give a choice of ignore?
