I mean, if you only had 1Mb of data on your system, I'm sure A-squared will finish a complete scan within 1 minute.

    Thanks mate.

    LOL,Ok,I get you.
I only have 50gb on my 232 HD.

Any program I intend to use to perform a full scan, I just set it to run whenever I have a few hours free. Then just lock the screen/computer.

    Thanks all.
In conclusion, I guess A-Squared is one of the best on-demand scanners.
    Right?
Nothing is 100%, so I guess I'll add SAS just in case.
    Thanks again!

Just a side note: I recall A-squared being trashed on this forum some time ago, it had something to do with the way they tested their product with other products in a comparative review, and there was at least some 'debate' over the merits of A-squared for real-time/on-demand (?) protection.

    Must be this thread

Check post #45, the review was intended for marketing.
Don't particularly care for that type of a sales pitch that can be misleading.
Would have rather seen them post a link to an independant test that A2 did well in for that.
No matter A2 is running well with DW without any slowdown or issues and I believe compliments my set quite nicely.
When my trial is up and if no problems arrise they may make another sale. :D

Just for the records, I´m using A2 AntiMalware for almost a year combined with COMODO pure firewall.

Still no headaches so far. I like it a lot. =]
