Do not understand this error message

I have a message sent periodically by a web site and when I try to open a link on the site to get the message, this error message appears:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /detailing/lessons/bp/ on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I do not know how to get around this and hope someone can help.

Hello,

1. You're trying to access a directory that you have no permission to see.
2. You're trying to view content that does not exist.

Hence the errors, 403 and 404.

Does the site belong to you? Do you have the "right" to see those URLs?

I am trying to access emails sent by an auto detailing company. They offered free detailing information in about 10 emails (daily) and three have arrived. All of them give the same error message.

I will try to contact them again (have sent 3 replies) to tell them that there is a problem.

Sounds like broken spam to me.
