I still use SpywareBlaster and WinPatrol. I was using the others a long time ago but since all they were catching are cookies, i dont really need them anymore. ;)

Not on my personal PC....but I carry some of them on my USB thumb drive as part of my "bag of tricks" for working on other peoples PCs.

    CCleaner
    Adaware
    Ewido trial
    Spybot
    SpywareBlaster
    AVG
    Eusing Free Registry Cleaner
    Dial-A-Fix
    Hijack
    PestPatrol
    SpySweeper trial

A few specific removal tools like SmitRem and Vundo remover

I've got all of them except WinPatrol, plus ewido. Mostly for on-demand scans other than the few that are inherently resident (or sort-of-resident, in the case of SpywareBlaster).

Since each has its own set of defs and/or heuristic "rules", although there's no doubt considerable overlap (and should be), I think that using multiple non-conflicting apps is inherent in a good multi-layer defense strategy.
