I am using Comodo firewall pro. A DNS server keeps on hitting my pc on source port 67 to "destination address" 255.255.255.255 on destination port 68. It is from my ISP, do I need to set a rule for this? Or should I keep my stealth ports setting on?

What you are seeing are DHCP broadcasts. If you are not having connection problems, then leave as is (your PC will broadcast (or send direct to DHCP server) itself is DHCP boot/renew are needed)
