DLL needed for SpywareBlaster 3.3

    Downloaded SpywareBlaster 3.3 two days ago--did it twice. Can't get it to run. Keep coming up with a missing .dll. Full name of missing .dll is MSVBVM60.dll. Have tried hunting this puppy down using a variety of OS discs such as: Win95, Win98 and Win98SE. No luck. Only .dll even close is MSVBVM50.dll and it doesn't work. Present operating system is Win98SE.

    Any suggestions? I now see that there is a new version 3.4 available. Would erasing 3.3 and a fresh download take care of this problem?
