DL Searchbar?

Only a-squared detects or warns of this. I have an idea it is associated with IE and maybe something like Google.

I quarantined it the first time, but it shows up again. I suppose it is in the Restore. I am not concerned especially since nothing else warns of it.

Any advice?

Maybe, but CS does not detect it. I have posted it to SuperAntiSpyware, and hope I have the image there.
