I've been using the pro version for a few months now and I'm very happy with it so far. I'm sure I could track down all the relevant drivers myself but it's incredibly time consuming and tedious! HTH

    + 1

I've tested this. Database Update so slow and got misidentification driver.

for DrivGenPro, db download so fast and accurate. It found 18 outdated driver in my machine then updated.

now, fully updated and running smooth so far. I've already had full backup drivers.

    DriverMax is:

    http://www.drivermax.com/index.htm

I've only used it to back-up drivers.
But those who've used it to update seem to have had positive experiences, for the most part.

I believe they require an account be established.

ive used it before, its a bit confusing to download drivers, not the most organized way so i dont really like it.

Make sure you back up your drivers first before allowing these programs to update. DriverGenius screwed up one of mine so I prefer to get updates from the manufacturer's websites. I do like the backup feature...makes a reformat a little easier.
