    Hello,

I am a True Image user that uses the product for my nightly backups to a NetDisk. As with others who have posted, I have moved to 64-bit Windows XP and found it not installing. Others who have posted messages in this regard were answered with a stock answer that x64 will be supported at some time, but no dates are announced.

I am extremely dissapointed because I translate this as your company is not concerned with leading the pack in adopting new technology. Unfortunately, now I have to search for a solution from another vendor, I just hope it doesn't have to be Symatec again! I got sold on your products because of their ease of use and reliability.

    Hello logikos,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

We are really sorry for the inconveniences.

We will certainly support 64-bit Windows XP in the near future, but I'm afraid that exact time for this is not decided yet.

    Thank you.

    Irina,

Thank you for your reply, Irina.

    Autumn is better than winter.
So i and others are stuck as far as imaging goes until then. Standby, as more
and more people upgrade their PC's or purchase new ones, this problem will
    grow.

Guess you can expect this question to re-appear (a sticky may help reduce
    your workload slightly).

    thanks
    savagcl
