Disk Director Resizing Partition Hangs

I current have the following configuration:

C: 40 gig
D: 8.5 gig
E: 8.5 gig

I am using the current ver. 9.0 build 534

I am attempting to resize the current partition c: to 35gig and the 2nd partition to 25.

After reboot it hangs on page 1 and shows nothing on the status bar.

This is a laptop that is going to be the base for a very large rollout and I need help ASAP.
