Disk Director keeps suspending

    I've tried installing and reinstalling disk director 9 numerous times now. Every time I get the initial splash screen scanning the hdd's. I then get a blank window open up and nothing else happens other than the unresponsive program dialouge pops up to terminate my bland window.

    Any one experienced this before or have any idea how to get disk director working?

    Please download the latest build (553) of Acronis Disl Director Suite 9.0. In order to get access to updates you should register account on our site (or just log in if you have already created it) and then register your copy of the product.

    Also please install the below update with disabled logging and see whether the problem persists.

    If the problem does persist, please enable logging by running the update once more, reproduce the program failure and send the c:\snapapi.log file to support@acronis.com along with the link to this thread. This will allow us to find the solution.
