Disabling Home Page Blocking in SpywareBlaster

Under the internet explorer tab in Spyware Blaster, what would I disable to allow the customer to be able to change his home page? Or can it be changed using Spyware Blaster Instead?

 

If i understand u right, go into SWB, click on Tools>Misc.IE Settings and uncheck,

Disable the IE Home Page settings area in the Internet Tools Control Panel.

This should now allow u to change the homepage in the IE Control Panel unless u have it blocked also by some other program.
