Disabled items

    From time to time I seem to find disabled items on SpywareBlaster. (This not after an update) It happens on both my XP and Windows 8 systems, so I assume it has to be an app installed on both. The only app I suspect is CCleaner, but I can't seem to tie it down to a specific item or setting. Anyone else who has experienced disabled items on SpywareBlaster? I would appreciate any ideas that might lead me to a solution for this. Thanks.
