Disable update component module ?

Hello,

On my ERA Server, i have disable "Update Component module" for all NOD32 clients, but when I look on ERAC, the event viewer i see that :

" Les modules du pogramme ont été mis à jour".

Is the same thing?

PS: when il right click on the properties of NOD32 client , it's always the same version : 4.0.437.

Where did you change that setting? I don't think its possible to do this since module updates come within regular signatures updates (correct me if I am wrong).

If you mean you disabled ´Program update component´ (PCU) you are confused.
- A PCU updates whole the program version, for example; V4.0.437 to 4.0.442. ESET only makes them available after long testing and for V4 they haven't released one yet.
- Module updates are the ones you see if you click on Help --> About in the ESET gui. For example: Advanced heuristics module: 1097 (20090809)
