If one tries to set cache value to 0, it won't be possible. It needs to have a minimum of 8.

Are you familiar of any sort of hack that could override this minimum limit so one could bring it all the way down to 0?

So far, I haven't been lucky finding any useful info.

    Thank you

Can any browser work without caching some data locally? I don't know. There is an option in the Advanced Settings section to have the cache emptied whenever the browser is closed. It doesn't work very well in my experience though so you would still want to use something like Ccleaner to empty it completely. There's also "InPrivate Browsing".

To be honest, I don't know. But, nothing a test couldn't let me verify.

Yes, it seems that even with setting IE to automatically delete cache. and with InPrivate Browsing, some stuff still manages to get out according to CCleaner.

I guess there's never one single solution for this stuff.
