    Hello

I am a proud user of FD-ISR :) . Yesterday though I created a snapshot from my external archive. After booting to that snapshot my isrcopy2k.exe crashed. My other snapshots work flawlessly.

Perhaps I can change the copy engines. How can I tell whether I have VSS or RSS installed?

    Thanks for your advice.

    Frank,

If you are using the VSS copy engine. Just prior to a "copy" FD-ISR will show "Starting VSS copy engine".

    Thanks screamer

I am not seeing this message prior to a copy thus I conclude I have been using the RSS engine.

    HI Frank

Try doing another copy from the same archive, to the newly created snapshot. That might solve the problem you had.
