On the ProSecurity website there was a table with a list of features of both versions. However since PS's website is no more I can't open this page as well. Does anyone have or knows where I can find this list? Maybe someone has copied this to a txt file or made a screenshot? :(

I can see the ticks but the crosses aren't showing.

The ones without an image are all for free so I assume they are the features not included.

    New Command Line Sensitive
    Spy Password
    Install Global Hooks
    Read Physical Memory
    Write Physical Memory
    Access Protected Registry
    Access Protected File/Folder
    Load Library
    Access Disk at Low Level
    Debug at System Level
    Log Keystroke
    Snapshot Applications Support

As The_1337 mentioned as well the crosses are missing but the ticks are there. Anyway it's practically perfect. Thanks.
I tried finding an archive of that page but couldn't find it. I need more practice I guess.

I am completely aware of that. Sad. So, because now the Pro version is unusable but the Free can still be used if you have a copy (or you find one) I wanted to see what I'm actually missing by installing the free version.

The ProSecurity HIPS Owner/Developer joined Comodo. Comodo does not own the code though and will not be developed further.

At least not by Comodo, or the original PS developer.

Well the code has been chucked in the bin so unlikely, He was trying to sell it before he joined Comodo.

So I guess the question is "Was it sold before or after he joined Comodo?" o_O

He WAS trying to sell it. It hasn't been sold to anyone. He simply just joined Comodo. ;)

Well that lends itself to two questions.

    1. Is this Rtdefender who is claiming to bring back a fraud

    2. If what you say is true, does Jie or anyone at Comodo feel like they have some obligation to the people who paid him for the program and now can't even activate it again.

As stated over and over again, they didn't obtain any copyright to the code. So, what kind of "obligation" are you expecting wrt code they have no rights to and that was written not by them but by their new employee? o_O

Jie owes customers who bought the software the ability to reactivate the program at least. I have a life time lic for a program that cannot be installed greato_O

Yeah, so complain to him and not to Comodo... not their problem.

If they didn't want to take the flak, they could have hired him and had both kept their mouths shut. But once they made it public, they sort of took over his mess.

I find your post insulting - read the post .....I have not complained about comodo ... I used his name... but Peter makes a good point

You asked "does Jie or anyone at Comodo feel like they have some obligation to the people who paid him for the program and now can't even activate it again." and the answer was "no, why should they, not their code and they didn't sell it to you." Well, huh? How is that insulting? o_O

Yeah, you've made a bad purchase... better luck next time. Products get abandoned all the time. Did M$ compensate anyone when they did buy and kill RAV AntiVirus? Nah. Did Symantec compensate anyone when they acquired PowerQuest's Partition Magic to stop any development? Nah. Why are you expecting Comodo to compensate you for some third party product they didn't even buy?

Let's keep sanity here. Peter said that, not him.

I also don't find anything wrong with Peter's question. It's very simple, and not accusing anyone. Though he forgot to add "feel like they have some obligation to inform". Not obligation in legal terms.
I know why he asks. Probably for the same reason i would (if i had paid a license).
If i were at Comodo, i would (personal opinion) try to find an answer and provide it. They're not obligated to do that, but i would.
They hired the guy who holds the simple answer. It's just the right thing to do.
