I was using Revo and the uninstaller for MSE was behind Revo while uninstalling and I didn't see it and thought I uninstalled it already but I got the files and registry deleted but not the program uninstalled (It being 1 30 am didn't help either) :p So I installed Comodo and it seemed ok. I then noticed on my updates it was downloading the definitions for MSE. How can I stop this? I tried installing MSE again and it would not install because of an error that happened as soon as I hit the install button.

Take a look a this tread, especially the posts by Stephen Boots towards the bottom. You could also try the install cleanup utility by MS, suggested by posters in the thread listed below.

Very helpful resource. Though I can't quite understand what problems you're having with the msicuu.

Windows Installer Cleanup utility (MSICUU2.exe) not on MS site (in case anybody looks for it there)
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301
    "..
While the Windows Installer Cleanup utility resolved some installation problems, it sometimes damaged other components installed on the computer. Because of this, the tool has been removed from the Microsoft Download Center.

    What have you actually tried?
I'm pretty much in the dark, here. It's hard enough trying to diagnose a problem via description anyway, without the information drought.
