Did not stop gator active x download box

    I have all the latest updates and the latest version but the active x download box appeared for Precision Time/Date Manager sponsored by GAIN. Is this Spyware.

    Could you possibly post the site, or even better the webpage, on which that ActiveX download box appeared? (Was it precision-time.com? or another site?)

    I checked my history folder and found the shortcut that activates the box but no web page appeared. It was not precision-time.com because I went there after to find out what it was and the download box did not appear. Here is the shortcut
